Deposit freeze checklist
When a deposit is delayed or frozen, the fastest way to recover control is to document the wallet path, screen the source address, and prepare a clean explanation for the receiving platform.
Before you contact support
Collect the transaction hash, sending wallet, receiving wallet, asset, chain, timestamp, and the reason for the transfer. Run a wallet screening report on the source address and save the result page for reference.
If the transfer came through multiple wallets, identify the most recent upstream address you control or can explain.
What to review in the report
Focus on sanctions status, mixer exposure, darknet flags, wallet classification, and source-of-funds distribution. A clean-looking live result may help structure your explanation. A risky result means you should prepare for additional requests or a longer review cycle.
What to send to the platform
Provide only the relevant facts: transaction ID, transfer purpose, wallet ownership explanation where applicable, and any supporting records that show the lawful origin of funds. Keep the explanation factual and consistent with the on-chain record.
Security and trust
